正中神经电刺激仪主动模式与标准模式参数设置中电流强度的等效性

摘　　要：目的分析正中神经电刺激仪主动模式与标准模式参数设置下电流强度的等效性。方法选取2024年9月13—26日于医院接受正中神经电刺激治疗的142例患者为研究对象。所有患者治疗前进行参数设置时,分别应用主动模式(基于手指抖动仪器自动确认)及标准模式(人工确认)的电流刺激参数。比较两种模式下的电流分布情况和电流强度(评估其等效性)、设置参数时间和患者满意度。结果参数设置时,应用主动模式与标准模式,其电流强度分布均为正态分布,且电流刺激强度参数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);主动模式的参数设置时间短于标准模式,且患者满意度评分高于标准模式,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论正中神经电刺激仪治疗中,采用主动模式与标准模式进行参数设置的电流强度具有等效性,主动模式可以替代标准模式设置电流刺激参数,且主动模式可降低医师的工作强度、增加患者的满意度。Objective To analyze the equivalence of current intensity under active and standard mode parameter settings of the median nerve electrical stimulator.Methods 142 patients who received electrical stimulation of the median nerve from September 13-26,2024 in the hospital were selected for the study.When the parameter settings were performed before treatment,the current stimulation parameters were applied in active mode(automatic confirmation based on the finger shaking instrument)and standard mode(manual confirmation),respectively.The current distribution and current intensity in the two modes were compared(to assess their equivalence),setting parameter time and patient satisfaction.Results When the parameters were set,the current intensity distribution was normal when applying the active mode and the standard mode,and the difference was not statistically significant when comparing the current stimulation intensity parameters(P>0.05);the parameter setting time of the active mode was shorter than that of the standard mode,and the patient satisfaction score was higher than that of the standard mode,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of median nerve electrical stimulator,the current intensity of parameter setting using active mode and standard mode has equivalence,in the treatment,active mode can replace the standard mode to set the current stimulation parameters,and the active mode can reduce the physician's work intensity and increase the patient's satisfaction.
