摘　　要：目的探讨项目管控理论在骨科设备管理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2024年1—9月医院骨科的25台设备的管理资料,2024年1—4月采用常规管理模式(管理前),2024年5—9月采用项目管控理论管理模式(管理后),比较两组设备故障发生情况时间(包括故障发生频次,设备空窗时间)、设备维修指标(包括维修次数、维修时长、维修间隔、维修费用)、设备管理效果(包括清洗、灭菌、消毒、包装)。结果实施项目管控理论管理后,设备故障发生频次低于管理前,设备空窗时间短于管理前;设备维修次数、维修时长及维修费用均低于管理前,维修间隔时间长于管理前(P<0.05);项目管控理论管理后,设备清洗、灭菌、消毒、包装等方面评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科设备管理中应用项目管控理论管理模式,可降低设备故障发生率、优化维修指标、提升设备管理效果。Objective To explore the application effect of project control theory in orthopaedic equipment management.Methods Retrospectively analyze the management information of 25 equipments in the orthopaedic department of the hospital from January to September 2024,using routine management in January-April 2024(before managemen)and project control theory management in May-September 2024(after management),and compare the two groups in terms of the occurrence of equipment malfunctions(including the frequency of failures,equipment empty window time),equipment maintenance indexes(including the number of repairs,repair hours,repair intervals,repair costs),the effectiveness of equipment management(including cleaning,sterilization,disinfection,packaging).Results After management,the frequency of equipment failure was lower than that before management,and the window time of equipment was shorter than that before management;the number of equipment maintenance,the length of maintenance and the cost of maintenance were all lower than that before management,and the time between maintenance was longer than that before management(P<0.05);after management,the scores of equipment cleaning,sterilization,disinfection and packaging were higher than that before management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the project control theory model in orthopaedic equipment management can reduce the incidence of equipment failure,optimize the maintenance index,and improve the effect of equipment management.
