摘 要:目的探究5S[整理(seiri)、整顿(seiton)、清扫(seiso)、清洁(seiketsu)和素养(shitsuke)]管理模式对手术相关显微器械管理质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2021年2月至2023年3月医院在用的200件(台)手术相关显微器械的管理资料。其中,2021年2月至2022年2月采用常规管理法,2022年3月至2023年3月采用5S管理模式,比较5S管理模式实施前后的器械管理质量、术中器械整理耗时、手术医师对器械使用的满意度以及医护人员对器械管理的满意度。结果实施5S管理模式后,器械有效使用、器械清洗合格、器械准备完备、器械放置规范、无菌抽样合格、包装完好的数量高于管理前,器械损耗的数量低于管理前(P<0.05);术中器械添加、寻找器械、器械整理平均耗时均少于管理前;医师对器械使用的满意度各维度评分均高于管理前(P<0.05);医护人员对器械管理的满意度高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用5S管理模式可以提高手术相关显微器械的管理质量,缩短术中器械整理耗时,提高手术医师对器械使用的满意度和医护人员对器械管理的满意度。Objective To investigate the effects of the 5S(seiri,seiton,seiso,seiketsu,and shitsuke)management model on the quality of management of surgical-related microscopic instruments.Methods The management information of 200 surgical related microscopic instruments in the hospital from February 2021 to March 2023 was retrospectively analyzed.The routine management method was used from February 2021 to February 2022,and the 5S management method was used from March 2022 to March 2023.The quality of instrument management,the time-consuming intraoperative instrument organization,the surgeon's satisfaction with the use of instruments,and the medical staff's satisfaction with the instrument management were compared before and after the 5S management.Results After 5S management,the number of effective instrument use,qualified instrument cleaning,complete instrument preparation,standardized instrument placement,qualified aseptic sampling,and intact packaging was higher than that before management,and the number of instrument loss was more favorable than that before management(P<0.05);the average time consumed for intraoperative instrument addition,instrument searching,and instrument arrangement was shorter than that before management;the physician's satisfaction with the use of instruments in each dimension was higher than that before management(P<0.05);and medical staff's satisfaction with the instrument management was higher than that before management(P<0.05);medical staff's satisfaction with instrument management was higher than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of the 5S management model can improve the quality of management of surgical-related microscopic instruments,shorten the time-consuming intraoperative instrument organization,and increase the surgeon's satisfaction with the use of instruments and the healthcare staff's satisfaction with the management of instruments.
