精益化管理在口腔科手术器械管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨精益化管理在口腔科手术器械管理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年12月医院手术室的800件手术器械的管理资料,按照管理方法的不同分为对照组(2022年1—12月采用常规管理的400件手术器械)与观察组(2023年1—12月采用精益化管理的400件手术器械)。比较两组手术器械摆台质量(包括器械准备完整率、规范率、及时率及有效率)、器械管理缺陷情况(包括器械细小部件缺失率、不配套率、使用后未登记率、器械损毁发生率)、不良事件发生情况(包括器械损坏、遗失、数目有误等发生情况)、管理满意率。结果观察组器械准备完整率、规范率、及时率及有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组器械细小部件缺失率、不配套率、使用后未登记率、器械损毁发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组器械不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组器械管理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精益化管理可以提高口腔科手术器械的摆台质量,减少器械管理缺陷和不良事件发生率,提高医护人员对器械管理的满意度。Objective To explore the application effectiveness of lean management in surgical instrument management.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 800 surgical instruments in the hospital operating room from January 2022 to December 2023.The instruments were divided into the control group(400 instruments managed conventionally from January to December 2022)and the observation group(400 instruments managed with lean methods from January to December 2023).We compared the preparation quality(completeness,standardization,timeliness,and efficiency rates of instrument setup),management defects(rates of missing small components,mismatched parts,unregistered post-use instruments,and instrument damage),adverse events(incidents of instrument breakage,loss,or quantity errors),(satisfaction rate with management practices).Results The observation group showed significantly higher rates of completeness,standardization,timeliness,and efficiency(P<0.05)in instrument preparation compared to the control group.The observation group exhibited lower rates of missing small components,mismatched parts,unregistered instruments,and instrument damage(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction with instrument management was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lean management improves the quality of surgical instrument preparation,reduces management defects and adverse events,and enhances staff satisfaction with instrument management practices.
