摘　　要：咽喉反流性疾病(LPRD)作为一种常见的上消化道疾病,其发病机制复杂且多样,涉及反流机制、反射机制以及多种生物和环境因素的交互作用,然而临床医师对LPRD的全面认识和精准治疗仍存在显著不足。本综述系统梳理LPRD的核心影响因素,分别从解剖结构、反流成分、生活习惯、代谢状态及神经调控等多维度解析其作用机制,并结合最新研究进展提出综合管理策略。通过深入分析反流物对咽喉部的直接损伤、迷走神经反射敏感度上调以及精神心理因素对LPRD的影响,为开发更精确的诊断、治疗以及早期预防咽喉反流的方法提供理论依据和实践指导,旨在推动LPRD临床诊疗的标准化和个体化发展。Laryngopharyngeal reflux disease(LPRD),as a common upper gastrointestinal disorder,features complex and multifactorial pathogenesis involving reflux mechanisms,reflex mechanisms,and interactions among various biological and environmental factors.However,significant gaps remain in clinicians'comprehensive understanding and precise treatment of LPRD.This review systematically summarizes the core influencing factors of LPRD,analyzing its mechanisms from multiple dimensions including anatomical structure,reflux composition,lifestyle habits,metabolic status,and neural regulation,while proposing integrated management strategies based on the latest research advances.Through in-depth analysis of direct laryngopharyngeal damage by refluxate,upregulated vagal reflex sensitivity,and psychological influences on LPRD,provides theoretical foundations and practical guidance for developing more accurate diagnostic,therapeutic,and early preventive approaches,aiming to promote standardized and personalized clinical management of LPRD.
