功效性护肤品辅助治疗玫瑰痤疮的研究进展

摘　　要：玫瑰痤疮是一种持久的反复发作的炎症性皮肤病,主要表现为面部皮肤的阵发性潮红、红斑、丘疹,甚至脓疱和结节,严重影响患者的生活质量。玫瑰痤疮患者的皮肤屏障功能存在不同程度的受损,早期快速缓解皮肤干燥和敏感状态、修复皮肤屏障是临床综合治疗的重点。功效性护肤品作为一种安全有效的特殊类型化妆品,不仅适用于正常皮肤的日常护理,还可作为皮肤病的辅助治疗手段。本文将对功效性护肤品与玫瑰痤疮相关性的研究现状进行综述,旨在探讨功效性护肤品的特点,并为研发针对玫瑰痤疮等敏感性皮肤的舒敏型化妆品提供依据。Rosacea is a persistent,recurring inflammatory skin disease characterized by paroxysmal flushing,erythema,papules,and even pustules and nodules on the facial skin,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The skin barrier function of rosacea patients is damaged to varying degrees.Early and rapid relief of skin dryness and sensitivity and repair of skin barrier are the focus of clinical comprehensive treatment.Efficacy skin care products,as a safe and effective special type of cosmetics,are not only suitable for the daily care of normal skin,but also as an auxiliary treatment for skin diseases.This article reviewed the research status of the correlation between functional skin care products and rosacea,in order to explore the characteristics of functional skin care products,and provide a basis for the development of soothing cosmetics for sensitive skin such as rosacea.
