可回收上腔静脉滤器置入治疗输液港相关上肢深静脉血栓形成1例报道并文献复习

摘　　要：完全植入式输液港术后并发上肢深静脉血栓病例多采用内科抗凝治疗,需要介入治疗的案例较少。本例患者在植入输液港术后1个月,出现上肢深静脉血栓,临床症状明显,抗凝治疗无效。本病例采用介入治疗可回收上腔静脉滤器置入,预防肺栓塞,术后抗凝治疗临床症状缓解,滤器取出,治疗效果满意。Complications of upper extremity deep vein thrombosis after implantation of a fully implantable infusion port are often treated with medical anticoagulation,but interventional therapy is rarely needed.In this case,one month after the implantation of the infusion port,upper extremity deep vein thrombosis occurred,clinical symptoms are obvious,and anticoagulation treatment is ineffective.In this case,an interventional retrievable superior vena cava filter was implanted to prevent pulmonary embolism,the clinical symptoms were relieved by postoperative anticoagulation,and the filter was removed,which resulted in an ideal therapeutic effect.
