摘　　要：老年脏腑功能与青壮年不同,其疾病转归预后有其特殊性。金殿春结合30年从医经验,从中医角度归纳老年肺系疾病特点和用药特色,分别阐述了老年感冒、老年咳嗽、老年喘病的疾病特点和临床遣方用药经验。强调老年患者气血亏虚,用药忌峻猛,需标本兼顾,体现中医药在老年慢病管理中的独特优势。The viscera function and disease prognosis of the elderly differ significantly from those of younger adults.Based on 30 years of clinical experience,Jin Dianchun systematically summarized the characteristics and therapeutic principles of eider pulmonary diseases(including senile common cold,cough,and dyspnea).He emphasized the qi-blood deficiency constitution in the elderly,advocating against aggressive therapies while prioritizing simultaneous treatment of manifestations and root causes,demonstrating TCM's unique advantages in chronic disease management for aging populations.
