降脂通脉水丸治疗动脉粥样硬化斑块的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察降脂通脉水丸治疗动脉粥样硬化(AS)斑块的效果。方法选取2023年1—6月于宁夏中卫市中医医院就诊的100例AS斑块患者,采用抽签法进行分组,每组各50例。对照组采用瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服降脂通脉水丸。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、血脂水平[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、动脉硬化指数(AI)]、斑块体积,并观察两组治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果治疗后6个月,两组中医证候积分、TC、TG、LDL-C、AI均降低,HDL-C升高,且观察组中医证候积分、TC、TG、LDL-C、AI低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3、6个月,两组斑块体积均减小,且观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论降脂通脉水丸联合瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗AS斑块的疗效优于单独使用瑞舒伐他汀钙单药治疗,且安全性较高,可作为治疗AS斑块的有效药物。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Jiangzhi Tongmai water pill in treating atherosclerotic(AS)plaques.Methods A total of 100 patients with AS plaques treated at Zhongwei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups(n=50 each)by drawing lots.The control group received Rosuvastatin calcium,while the observation group received additional Jiangzhi Tongmai water pill.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,lipid profiles[total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and atherosclerosis index(AI)],plaque volume,and adverse reaction rates were compared before and after treatment.Results After 6 months of treatment,both groups showed reduced TCM syndrome scores,TC,TG,LDL-C,and AI,along with increased HDL-C,the observation group exhibited significantly lower TCM syndrome scores,TC,TG,LDL-C,and AI,and higher HDL-C than the control group,showed statistical significance(P<0.05);at 3 and 6 months posttreatment,plaque volume decreased in both groups,and the observation group was smaller than the control group,showed statistical significance(P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate was lower in the observation group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of Jiangzhi Tongmai water pill and Rosuvastatin calcium demonstrates superior efficacy in treating AS plaques compared to Rosuvastatin calcium monotherapy,with comparable safety,making it a promising therapeutic option.
