神阙穴位贴敷联合腕踝针护理在大血管外科术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察神阙穴位贴敷联合腕踝针护理在大血管外科术后患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2022年4月—2024年4月在广东省中医院接受大血管外科手术的患者70例,按照不同的护理方式分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予神阙穴位贴敷联合腕踝针护理。比较两组术后恢复指标、镇痛指标、疼痛程度、负面情绪及生活质量。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复、肠道蠕动恢复、住院、肛门排气及镇痛起效时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),镇痛持续时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分逐渐降低,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组简明健康调查量表(SF-36)评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大血管外科术后患者采用神阙穴位贴敷联合腕踝针中医特色护理,能够有效减轻患者术后疼痛,加快肠胃功能恢复,缩短住院时间,改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the effects of Shenque acupoint application combined with wrist and ankle acupuncture care on pain and quality of life of patients after major vascular surgery.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 70 patients who underwent major vascular surgery in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to April 2024,and they were divided into control group and observation group with 35 patients in each group according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given Shenque acupoint application combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Postoperative recovery index,analgesia index,pain degree,negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of intestinal sound,intestinal peristalsis,hospitalization time,anal exhaust time and analgesic onset time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the duration of analgesia was longer(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).On day 1,3 and 7 after nursing,VAS scores of both groups were decreased,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and The MOS 36-item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of both groups were decreased,SF-36 scores were increased,and SAS and SDS scores of observation group were lower than control group,SF-36 scores were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Shenque acupoint application combined with wrist and ankle acupuncture can effectively reduce postoperative pain,accelerate gastrointestinal function recovery,shorten hospital stay,improve anxiety and depression,and improve quality of life.
