摘　　要：本文总结了1例因气道黏膜无敏感性导致气切套管拔管困难患者的护理经验。护理要点如下:深部气道内梯度温氧刺激,间歇雾化吸入以及严密监测血氧饱和度情况。经过14 d的治疗与护理,该患者气道黏膜敏感性和咳嗽反射能力显著提高,成功拔除气切套管。This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with difficulty in extubation due to insensitivity of airway mucosa.The main nursing points are as follows:deep airway gradient temperature oxygen stimulation,intermittent atomization inhalation and close monitoring of blood oxygen saturation.After 14 days of treatment and nursing,the patient's airway mucosal sensitivity and cough reflex ability were significantly improved,and the gas cannula was successfully removed.
