摘　　要：目的评估PDCA理论下医护合作模式在内镜治疗胃肠息肉(GP)患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性纳入2023年5月—2024年5月在北京市石景山医院接受内镜治疗的500例GP患者,按照所采用的护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各250例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用PDCA理论下医护合作模式。比较两组护理前后心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)、舒适状况量表(GCQ)、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分,恢复时间,满意程度。结果护理后,两组CD-RISC、GCQ、ESCA评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组;观察组各项恢复时间短于对照组;观察组总满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受内镜治疗的GP患者采用PDCA理论下医护合作模式,可以增强其心理韧性,改善舒适状况,提高自护水平,缩短恢复时间,赢得患者认可。Objective To evaluate the value of medical and nursing cooperation model under PDCA theory in the endoscopic treatment of gastrointestinal polyp(GP)patients.Methods A total of 500 GP patients who received endoscopic treatment in Beijing Shijingshan Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were included and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing methods,with 250 cases in each group.Control group reveived conventional nursing mode,and observation group received medical cooperation mode under the PDCA theory.The scores of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),General Comfort Questionaire(GCQ),Exercise of Self-care Agency(ESCA)before and after nursing,recovery time and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of CD-RISC,GCQ and ESCA in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group;the recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group;the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Adopting the medical and nursing cooperation model under the PDCA theory for GP patients undergoing endoscopic treatment can enhance psychological resilience,improve comfort,raise the level of self-care,shorten the recovery time,and win the recognition of patients.
