中医穴位贴敷护理联合整体情志护理体系在肺癌化疗患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察中医穴位贴敷护理联合整体情志护理体系在肺癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2021年5月—2024年4月广东省中医院收治的70例肺癌化疗患者的临床资料,根据护理方式的不同分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组常规护理基础上采用中医穴位贴敷护理联合整体情志护理体系护理。比较两组癌因性疲乏程度、不良情绪、并发症发生率及生活质量。结果护理前,两组Piper疲乏修订量表(PFS-R)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及癌症患者生活质量测定量表(EORTC-QLQC30)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理2周后,观察组PFS-R、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,EORTC-QLQC30各维度评分高于对照组;观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医穴位贴敷护理联合整体情志护理体系能够有效改善肺癌患者化疗期间的癌因性疲乏程度,减轻焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,降低并发症发生率,提高其生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture point application nursing combined with holistic emotional nursing system in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with lung cancer treated with chemotherapy in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to April 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group according to different nursing methods.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with TCM acupoint application nursing combined with holistic emotional nursing system on the basis of control group.The degree of cancer-related fatigue,bad mood,incidence of complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in Revised Piper Fatigue Scale(PFS-R),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores and European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer-Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(EORTCQLQC30)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of nursing,PFS-R,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and EORTC-QLQC30 scores were higher than those in the control group;the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions TCM acupoint application nursing combined with the whole emotional nursing system can effectively improve the degree of cancer-induced fatigue,reduce anxiety,depression and other bad emotions,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of lung cancer patients during chemotherapy.
