摘　　要：本文从江苏省产业科技镇长团的角度出发,深入探讨技术成果转移转化的路径问题,即通过分析镇长团在促进科技成果与产业需求有效对接中的实践经验,揭示其在推动地方产业升级和技术创新中的关键作用。江苏省在技术成果转移转化过程中依托镇长团的多方协作模式,显著提升了科技成果的产业化效率。此外,本文主要分析现阶段存在的政策支持不足、市场需求对接困难等挑战,并提出了针对性的优化路径和建议,以进一步提升江苏省技术成果转移转化的效果,助力区域经济高质量发展。This paper deeply discusses the path of the transfer and transformation of technological achievements from the perspective of the industrial science and technology mayor group in Jiangsu Province.By analyzing the practical experience of the mayor group in promoting the effective connection between scientific and technological achievements and industrial demand,it reveals its key role in promoting local industrial upgrading and technological innovation.The research points out that Jiangsu Province relies on the multi-party cooperation mode of the mayor group in the process of transfer and transformation of technological achievements,which significantly improves the industrialization efficiency of scientific and technological achievements.The research also analyzes the challenges such as insufficient policy support and difficult market demand docking at the present stage,and puts forward targeted optimization path suggestions to further improve the effect of technological achievements transfer and transformation in Jiangsu Province and help the high-quality development of regional economy.
