摘　　要：为了落实重点污染监管单位规范化开展土壤污染隐患排查工作,有必要帮助相关企业建立土壤污染隐患排查制度,开展土壤污染隐患排查工作。本文以我国西南地区“稀土经济开发区”某稀土冶炼企业为研究对象,应用土壤分析测试技术开展污染物分析,排查污染隐患、判断土壤污染隐患关键点,以期为同类型企业提供参考,达到保护和改善生态环境的目的,助力打好“净土”保卫战,推动土壤资源永续利用,推进生态文明建设。In order to implement the standardization of key pollution supervision units to carry out the investigation of soil pollution hidden dangers,help enterprises establish the investigation system of soil pollution hidden dangers and carry out the investigation of soil pollution hidden dangers.Taking a rare earth smelting enterprise in the"Rare Earth Economic Development Zone"in southwest China as the research object,this paper uses soil analysis and testing to carry out pollutant analysis,identify potential pollution hazards,and determine the key points of potential soil pollution hazards,so as to provide work reference for similar enterprises,protect and improve the ecological environment,help to fight the"pure land"defense war,promote the sustainable utilization of soil resources,and promote the construction of ecological civilization.
