摘 要:为了探究森林土壤氮含量的变化特征及主要影响因素,本文研究秦岭火地塘林区不同林分类型的森林土壤氮含量。在不同林分类型设置样地,分层取样,分别测定了土壤全氮、碱解氮、硝态氮、铵态氮等物质的含量及土壤其他理化指标,确定了秦岭火地塘森林土壤各形态氮含量变化范围。研究结果表明,不同环境下土壤氮含量差异显著(P<0.05),在对应土层,全氮与碱解氮、硝态氮相关性程度极显著(P<0.01),但与铵态氮相关程度不显著(P>0.05)。随土层加深,碱解氮仅与铵态氮的相关程度显著增加。通过主成分分析与逐步回归分析发现,土壤氮含量是由多种环境因子综合决定的,但起主要影响作用的环境因子是林分、海拔、坡向、pH、土壤砂粒含量等。In order to explore the changing characteristics and main influencing factors of forest soil nitrogen content,the nitrogen content of forest soil in different forest types in the Huodi Tang forest area of Qinling Mountains was studied.Sample plots were set up in different forest types,and stratified sampling was carried out to determine the content of total nitrogen,alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,and other physical and chemical indicators of the soil.The variation range of various forms of nitrogen content in the forest soil of Huodi Tang in Qinling Mountains was determined.The research results showed that there was a significant difference in soil nitrogen content under different environments(P<0.05).In the corresponding soil layers,the correlation between total nitrogen and alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen was extremely significant(P<0.01),but the correlation with ammonium nitrogen was not significant(P>0.05).As the soil layer deepens,the correlation between alkaline nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen only significantly increases.Through principal component analysis and stepwise regression analysis,it was found that soil nitrogen content is determined by a combination of multiple environmental factors,but the main influencing environmental factors are forest stand,altitude,slope orientation pH、Soil sand content,etc.
