摘 要:锅炉压力容器压力管道长时间处于高温、高压的环境下,一旦发生裂纹,容易发生爆炸,从而对企业生产和员工的生命安全造成威胁。在锅炉制造工艺中,做好对锅炉压力容器压力管道的裂纹问题检验,是避免管道破裂甚至爆炸的有效手段。基于此,本文分析了锅炉压力容器压力管道常见的裂纹问题,包括疲劳裂纹、焊接裂纹以及蠕变裂纹。针对这些裂纹问题,提出相应的处理措施,以期通过这些措施,最大限度降低锅炉压力容器压力管道出现裂纹的概率,确保设备的安全、稳定运行。Boiler pressure vessels and pressure pipelines are exposed to high temperature and high pressure environments for a long time.Once cracks occur,they are prone to explosions,posing a threat to the production of enterprises and the safety of employees'lives.In the boiler manufacturing process,conducting crack inspection on the pressure vessels and pipelines of the boiler is an effective means to avoid pipeline rupture or even explosion.Based on this,this article analyzes the common crack problems in boiler pressure vessels and pressure pipelines,including fatigue cracks,welding cracks,and creep cracks.Corresponding measures are proposed to address these cracking issues,in order to minimize the probability of cracking in boiler pressure vessels and pressure pipelines,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
