摘  要:石墨烯是一种新型二维纳米材料,具有极高的力学强度、出色的热传导性能和优异的电学性能,被认为是理想的改性材料。将石墨烯引入尼龙66(又称PA66)中,有望对尼龙66进行改性,从而提升其综合性能。基于此,本文对尼龙66材料进行改性,测试了不同含量石墨烯改性PA66对复合材料摩擦系数、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和冲击强度的影响。此外,本文研究了石墨烯填充PA66对复合材料摩擦磨损性能和力学性能的影响,以期为石墨烯改性尼龙研究提供参考。Graphene is a new type of two-dimensional nanomaterial with extremely high mechanical strength,excellent thermal conductivity,and outstanding electrical properties,and is considered an ideal modified material.Introducing graphene into nylon 66 is expected to modify it through its unique performance advantages,thereby enhancing its overall performance.Based on this,this article modifies nylon 66(also known as PA66)material and tests the effects of different contents of graphene modified PA66 composite materials on friction coefficient,tensile strength,elongation at break,and impact strength.In addition,this article studied the effect of graphene filled PA66 on the friction and wear properties and mechanical properties of composite materials,in order to provide reference for the research of graphene modified nylon.
