摘　　要：目的分析阴道镜宫颈活检患者心理异常情况及AIDET标准化沟通模式应用效果。方法收集2020年1月至2024年1月本院门诊接受阴道镜宫颈活检105例患者相关资料作为对象,分析患者接受阴道镜宫颈活检过程中心理异常相关因素。按照沟通护理方式的不同进行分组。将检查前行常规沟通方式护理50例患者纳入对照组,将行AIDET(A为问候,I为介绍,D为过程,E为解释,T为致谢)标准化沟通方式护理55例患者纳入观察组。观察并对比分析两组患者检查时间、患者对护理工作的满意情况。结果年龄、HAMA及HAMD评分均是阴道镜宫颈活检患者检查前心理异常的独立危险因素(P<0.05);观察组平均检查时间短于对照组,患者对护理人员工作责任心、服务态度、健康宣教及沟通技巧、就医感受满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论年龄、心理状态均会显著影响阴道镜宫颈活检患者检查的心理异常,是独立危险因素;加强AIDET标准化沟通能够有效提高检查工作效率,缩短检查时间,明显提升患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To analyze the psychological abnormalities in patients with colposcopic cervical biopsy and the application effect of AIDET standardized communication mode.Methods Relevant data of 105 patients undergoing colposcopy cervical biopsy from January 2020 to January 2024 were collected to analyze the related factors of psychological abnormalities during colposcopy cervical biopsy.Patients were grouped according to different communication nursing methods.A total of 50 patients receiving routine communication nursing before examination were included in the control group,while 55 patients receiving nursing based on the AIDET(A for Acknowledge,I for Introduce,D for Duration,E for Explanation,T for Thank You)standardized communication method were included in the observation group.The occurrence of psychological abnormalities,the time of examination and satisfaction degree with the nursing work were retrospectively observed and compared.Results Age,HAMA and HAMD scores were independent risk factors for psychological disorders in patients with colposcopic cervical biopsy(P<0.05).The average inspection time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the scores of patients on the responsibility of nursing staff,service attitude,health education and communication skills,and satisfaction with medical experience were higher than those the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Age and mental state can significantly affect the psychological abnormalities of colposcopic cervical biopsy patients,which are independent risk factors.Strengthen AIDET standardized communication can effectively improve the efficiency of inspection work,shorten the testing time,significantly improve patients satisfaction of nursing work.
