护理行为感知模式用于前置胎盘剖宫产手术患者对产妇情绪及新生儿状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨前置胎盘剖宫产手术患者采用护理行为感知模式的效果。方法纳入2020年1月~2021年12月于本院行剖宫产手术的前置胎盘患者94例。经随机号码表法将患者分为参考组(n=47)和干预组(n=47),给予参考组患者常规护理干预,干预组患者经护理行为感知模式实施临床护理。观察两组产妇焦虑、抑郁情绪变化、新生儿状况及产妇妊娠结局。结果较之干预前,两组患者干预后状态焦虑(S-AI)量表及爱丁堡产后抑郁(EPDS)量表评分均有显著下降,且干预组评分较参考组低,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与参考组相比,干预组出生1min、5min新生儿Apgar评分明显更高,新生儿、产妇不良妊娠结局发生率明显更低,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行剖宫产手术的前置胎盘患者采用护理行为感知模式,能够缓解患者不良情绪,并可改善新生儿状况,减少产妇不良妊娠结局。Objective To explore the effect of nursing behavior perception model in patients with placenta previa undergoing cesarean section.Methods A total of 94 patients with placenta previa who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were included.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=47)and intervention group(n=47).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the intervention group were given clinical nursing based on nursing behavior perception model.The changes of maternal anxiety,depression,neonatal status and maternal pregnancy outcome were observed.Results Compared with those scores before intervention,the scores of state anxiety(S-AI)scale and Edinburgh Postpartum Depression(EPDS)scale in the two groups decreased significantly after intervention,and the scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the Apgar score of newborns in the intervention group at 1 and 5 minutes of birth was significantly higher,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of newborns and parturients was significantly lower in the intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing behavior perception model for patients with placenta previa undergoing cesarean section can alleviate bad mood of patients,improve the status of newborns and reduce the adverse pregnancy outcome of pregnant women.
