家庭临终关怀下中医适宜技术在晚期胃癌患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究对晚期胃癌患者应用家庭临终关怀联合中医适宜技术的临床价值及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2020年6月至2023年6月收治的118例晚期胃癌患者作为研究对象,按照数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组各59例,对照组行中医适宜技术对患者进行护理,研究组在对照组的基础上联合家庭临终关怀对患者进行护理,对比两组患者生活质量评分、心理状况、VAS评分、炎症介质以及护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组生活质量评分、护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,研究组SAS评分及SDS评分、VAS评分、炎症介质低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对晚期胃癌患者应用家庭临终关怀与中医适宜技术结合治疗能显著提升患者的生活质量水平,患者疼痛程度,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the clinical value of applying family end-of-life care combined with appropriate traditional Chinese medicine techniques to patients with advanced gastric cancer and its impact on their quality of life.Method From June 2020 to June 2023,118 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into control group and study group,59 patients were divided into two groups according to the number table.The control group received TCM appropriate technology.Result After nursing,the quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the SAS score,SDS score,VAS score,and inflammatory mediators in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of family end-of-life care and appropriate traditional Chinese medicine techniques can significantly improve the quality of life,pain level,and nursing satisfaction of patients with advanced gastric cancer.
