“互联网+”管理模式在偏远地区高血压患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的研究“互联网+”管理模式下偏远地区高血压患者管理中的应用价值。方法收治样本193例2022年1月-2022年3月就诊于阿克苏地区第一人民医院高血压患者200例。对照组100例,观察组100例,对照组进行传统高血压管理(药物治疗+家庭血压测量+电话随访+门诊随访),观察组采取在传统高血压管理模式基础上联合“互联网+”管理模式(使用蓝牙血压计实时监测并上传相关记录),并收集两组患者基线资料,包括基线资料、血压水平、生化指标等相关数据,共管理6个月。比较两组治疗前后血压控制情况及并发症。结果比较两组治疗前后血压控制情况及并发症。结论观察6个月,观察组患者相关指标控制情况较对照组有好转,观察组、对照组平均血压分别为121/74 mmHg和132/80 mmHg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组血压、血脂、肾功能指标均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用“互联网+”管理模式对高血压患者进行健康管理,对有效提高患者依从性、降低血压水平、提高患者自我健康认知能力具有积极意义。Objective To study the application value of"Internet plus"management mode in the management of hypertensive patients in remote areas.Methods A total of 200 cases of hypertensive patients were admitted to the First People's Hospital of Aksu from January 2022 to March 2022.There were 100 cases in the control group and 100 cases in the observation group.The control group was given traditional hypertension management(drug treatment,home blood pressure measurement,telephone follow-up and outpatient follow-up),and the observation group was given traditional hypertension management combined with"Internet plus"management mode(Bluetooth blood pressure monitor was used to real-time monitor and uploaded relevant records).Baseline data of the two groups were collected,including baseline data,blood pressure level,biochemical indicators and other relevant data,for a total of 6 months.The blood pressure control and complications of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After 6 months of observation,the relevant indicators of patients in the observation group was better controlled than those in the control group.The average blood pressure of the observation group and the control group were 121/74 mmHg and 132/80 mmHg,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).Blood pressure,blood lipids and renal function indicators of the observation group were significantly improved,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of"Internet plus"management mode in health management of hypertensive patients has positive significance in effectively improving patient compliance,reducing blood pressure level and improving patient self-health cognition ability.
