摘　　要：此次对2017年欧洲麻醉与重症监护学会(ESAIC)预防POD循证共识指南的更新基于证据和共识,参考了2015年4月1日至2022年2月28日发表的关于成年人POD预防、治疗以及护理的研究,就基础科学、危险因素、预防措施、神经监测、治疗和影响几部分做出更新和建议。The update from the 2017 European Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care(ESAIC)guidelines for the pre-vention of postoperative delirium(POD)is based on evidence and consensus,referencing research on adult POD prevention,treatment,and care published between 1 April 2015,and 28 February 2022,to provide updates and suggestions on basic science,risk factors,pre-ventive measures,neuromonitoring,treatment and POD outcomes.
