摘  要:麻醉后低血压是临床麻醉中的常见问题,可能引起严重并发症。因此,麻醉前对患者进行容量状态评估,并作出预防性措施,对保障麻醉安全具有重要意义。近年来,超声容量评估技术可准确评估患者术前容量状态已得到越来越多证实,文章综述颈动脉校正血流时间及峰值流速变异率、下腔静脉塌陷指数、颈内静脉呼吸变异度3种超声容量评估技术对麻醉后低血压的预测作用,帮助麻醉科医师在术前进行准确的容量状态评估,为相关患者的临床监测和治疗提供指导。Postoperative hypotension is a common issue in clinical anesthesia and may lead to severe complications.Therefore,it is of significant importance to assess the volume status of patients before anesthesia and take preventive measures to ensure anesthesia safety.In recent years,there has seen increasing evidence of the accurate evaluation of patients'preoperative volume status through ultrasound-based volume assessment.This article reviews the research progress on three ultrasound volume assessment techniques,including carotid artery corrected flow time and respirophasic variation in blood flow peak velocity,collapsibility index of inferior vena cava,and variability internal jugular vein,in predicting post-anesthesia hypotension.The findings will assist anesthesiologists in accurately assessing volume status preoperatively and provide guidance for clinical monitoring and treatment of related patients.
