摘 要:围手术期神经认知障碍(PND)是术后常见并发症,其特征是记忆力、注意力和语言理解能力等受损。PND影响患者生活质量,并与患者预后息息相关。研究发现,肠道菌群能通过微生物群肠脑轴在中枢神经系统中发挥作用。文章综述了肠道菌群通过肠脑轴影响神经系统功能的机制,回顾了肠道菌群在围手术期处理手段影响下发生的改变,并讨论肠道菌群对围手术期神经认知功能的影响,最后总结了PND现有的干预措施,以期为临床防治PND提供新的思路。Perioperative neurocognitive disorder(PND)is a common postoperative complication characterized by impairments in memory,attention,and language comprehension.PND affects the quality of life of patients and is closely related to their prognosis.Research has shown that the gut microbiota can exert its effects on the central nervous system via the microbiota gut brain axis.This article reviews the influence of gut microbiota on neural function through the gut brain axis,summarizes the changes in the gut microbiota under different perioperative interventions,and discusses the impact of gut microbiota on perioperative neurocognitive function.Finally,the article summarizes existing interventions for PND,in an effort to provide new thoughts for clinical prevention and treatment of PND.
