摘  要:随着社会的快速发展,中职学生面临的学习与生活压力日益增加,心理健康问题愈发突出。地区的中职院校在学生心理健康教育工作方面持续探索,奥尔夫音乐疗法作为一种独特且有效的心理干预方式,逐渐受到关注。本文围绕中职学生心理健康教育展开,深入分析奥尔夫音乐疗法在该领域的应用价值、实施现状,并针对现存问题提出优化策略,旨在为提升中职学生心理健康水平,推动奥尔夫音乐疗法在中职院校心理健康教育中的发展提供理论与实践参考。With the rapid development of society,vocational high school students are facing increasing academic and life pressures,leading to more prominent mental health issues.Vocational high schools in various regions continue to explore mental health education for students.Orff music therapy,as a unique and effective psychological intervention method,has gradually gained attention.This paper focuses on men⁃tal health education for vocational high school students,delving into the application value and current implementation status of Orff music therapy in this field.It also proposes optimization strategies to address existing problems,aiming to enhance the mental health levels of voca⁃tional high school students and promote the development of Orff music therapy in mental health education at vocational high schools.
