摘　　要：在我国能源结构当中,煤矿企业扮演着非常重要的角色,煤矿行业因其特殊的工作环境及生产条件,也促使其安全问题一直成为热点的话题,而且所存在的安全问题也对企业未来发展起到很大的制约。由此,本文主要以“煤矿企业党建与安全生产互促机制构建”作为研究视角,深入剖析煤矿企业党建与安全生产之间所存在的内在逻辑,并进一步探究如何构建二者相互促进机制的有效途径。并通过理论分析和实践策略的探讨,揭示了党建工作需要从不断强化安全、提升员工安全意识、促进安全管理创新等方面入手,只有这样,才能够进一步塑造良好的机制,为煤矿企业实现安全生产与党建工作协同发展提供重要的理论依据与实践指导。In China's energy structure,coal mine enterprises play a very important role.Due to the special working environment and produc⁃tion conditions of the coal mining industry,safety issues have always been a hot topic.Moreover,the existing safety problems also pose a great restriction on the future development of enterprises.Therefore,this article mainly takes the"construction of the mutually promoting mechanism between Party building and work safety in coal mine enterprises"as the research perspective,deeply analyzes the internal logic between Party building and work safety in coal mine enterprises,and further explores the effective ways to construct the mutually promoting mechanism between the two.Through theoretical analysis and discussion of practical strategies,it reveals that Party building work needs to start from aspects such as continuously strengthening safety,enhancing employees'safety awareness,and promoting innovation in safety management.Only in this way can a good mechanism be further shaped,providing important theoretical basis and practical guidance for the coordinated development of work safety and Party building work in coal mine enterprises.
