校园亚文化对大学生思想政治教育影响的研究

摘　　要：本研究探讨了多元文化背景下校园亚文化与大学生思想政治教育的关系,发现亚文化既存在与主流教育冲突的元素,影响学生对主流价值观的认同,但也包含团结协作、创新思维等积极因素。针对当前存在的问题,本文提出了树立正确价值观、加强社会主义核心价值观引导、反映社会思想内核等对策,旨在尊重大学生个性与亚文化多样性的同时,加强和改进思想政治教育。这对提升教育质量、培养高素质人才具有重要意义。This study explores the relationship between campus subcultures and ideological and political education for college students in a multicultural context.It is found that subcultures not only contain elements that conflict with mainstream education and affect students'identification with mainstream values,but also include positive factors such as unity,cooperation,and innovative thinking.In response to the current problems,this article proposes measures such as establishing correct values,strengthening the guidance of socialist core values,and reflecting the core of social ideology,aiming to respect the individuality and subculture diversity of college students while strengthening and improving ideological and political education.This is of great significance for improving the quality of education and cultivating highquality talents.
