摘　　要：随着社会经济的高速发展以及城市化建设的持续深入,社会已经进入了全新的发展进程中,这也为航海类专业院校的发展起到了良好的促进作用。同时,航海类院校作为培养各类航海人才的重点所在,为了在后续的人才培养进程中更好地提升学生的职业适任能力,就应当以此为基础来合理优化体育课程的具体内容,通过理论与实践合理融入的方式来突破传统体育课程所产生的限制,通过体育课程来有效提高学生的职业适任能力。因此,文章首先对航海专业学生体育课程的设置情况加以明确;其次,对航海专业人才职业适应能力的身体需求展开深入分析;在此基础上,提出基于航海专业职业适任能力培养的体育课程理论与实践措施。With the rapid development of the social economy and the continuous deepening of urbanization construction,society has entered a new development process,which has also played a good role in promoting the development of maritime professional colleges.At the same time,as a key focus of cultivating various types of maritime talents,maritime colleges should optimize the specific content of physical educa⁃tion courses based on this in order to better enhance students'professional competence in the subsequent talent cultivation process.By inte⁃grating theory and practice,they can break through the limitations of traditional physical education courses and effectively improve stu⁃dents'professional competence through physical education courses.Therefore,the article first clarifies the setting of physical education courses for students majoring in navigation;Secondly,conduct a thorough analysis of the physical requirements for the occupational adapt⁃ability of maritime professionals;On this basis,propose theoretical and practical measures for physical education courses based on the culti⁃vation of professional competence in navigation.
