摘  要:AI教育生态系统的开放性、自组织与他组织、层次性与非线性与“三全育人”具有高度契合性,为“三全育人”模式提供了新的研究视角。基于AI教育生态系统理论,创新高校“三全育人”实践路径:牢筑“全、融、践”三个核心要素育人格局,充分发挥高校育人主渠道,重塑内外主体协同发展态势,深度整合资源贯穿教育教学全过程,实现浸润式育人环境,同时变革创新“激励—保障—运行”机制,以此驱动内外主体协同发展,形成全系统、多维度、协同育人的教育生态系统,压实推进新时代“三全育人”新模式。The openness,self-organization and other organization,hierarchy and non-linearity of the AI education ecosystem are highly com⁃patible with three comprehensive education,which provides a new research perspective for the"three comprehensive Education"model.Based on the theory of AI education ecosystem,we should innovate the practical path of"three comprehensive Education"in universities:firmly build the education pattern with three core elements of"all-round,integration and practice",give full play to the main channel of edu⁃cation in colleges and universities,reshape the coordinated development trend of internal and external subjects,deeply integrate resources throughout the whole process of education and teaching,realize the infiltration education environment,and reform and innovate the"incentive-guarantee-operation"mechanism at the same time,so as to drive the coordinated development of internal and external subjects and form a whole system.
