现代高校书院制人才培养模式特点的比较研究——以岳麓书院与北航书院、孝彭书院为例

摘　　要：本文通过对湖南大学岳麓书院与北京航空航天大学北航学院、南昌航空大学孝彭书院三所高校实行书院制人才培养模式进行案例分析,认为现代高校书院制人才培养模式在三个方面具有鲜明的特点:一是培养理念;二是双院协同建设;三是配套基础设施。在定量研究的基础上,提出现代高校书院制人才培养模式必须在以上三个方面不断加强建设。This paper analyzes the case studies of Yuelu College of Hunan University,Beihang College of Beihang University and Xiaopeng College of Nanchang Hangkong University,and believes that the talent training model of modern colleges and universities has distinctive characteristics in three aspects:first,the training concept;the second is the collaborative construction of the two hospitals;The third is sup⁃porting infrastructure.On the basis of quantitative research,it is proposed that the talent training model of modern colleges and universities should be continuously strengthened in the above three aspects.
