“三促三助”支部学习模式的实践与思考

摘　　要：在国有企业中,重视并抓好党员以及广大职工群众的学习教育工作,是至关重要的。通过不断探索和创新学习活动的新途径,可以进一步强化党员提升自身综合素质的内在动力,同时提高他们为民服务的效率和积极性。这正是国有企业党支部开展党建工作的核心所在。因此,在2024年的党纪学习教育实践中,北方建设集团三利公司设备管理站党支部采取了创新的学习形式,以“三促三助”模式为基础,积极推进支部党员及职工群众的学习教育。这种模式不仅促进了党员干部的自我提升,还帮助他们更好地服务于群众,从而营造了一个积极向上的学习氛围。It is crucial to attach importance to and do a good job in the learning and education of party members and the general staff in state-owned enterprises.By continuously exploring and innovating new ways of learning activities,we can further strengthen the internal motivation of party members to enhance their comprehensive qualities,while improving their efficiency and enthusiasm in serving the peo⁃ple.This is precisely the core of the party building work carried out by the party branches of state-owned enterprises.Therefore,in the 2024 party discipline learning and education practice,the equipment management station party branch of Sanli Company of Northern Construc⁃tion Group adopted innovative learning forms,based on the"three promotion and three assistance"model,actively promoting the learning and education of party members and employees of the branch.This model not only promotes the self-improvement of party members and cadres,but also helps them better serve the masses,thus creating a positive and upward learning atmosphere.
