摘　　要：党群关系是党的生命线,创新群众工作方法是新时代基层党组织建设的重要命题。从“三大法宝”到“枫桥经验”,再到“互联网+群众路线”,党的群众工作方法论历经百年淬炼,不断焕发生命力。当前,社会结构变革、需求多元化、数字技术发展,使基层党组织面临新挑战。群众需求从物质保障扩展到价值实现,参与方式从被动接受到主动共治,沟通渠道从线下走向线上线下融合,评价标准从工作指标转向获得感提升。The relationship between the Party and the masses is the lifeline of the Party,and innovating methods of mass work is an impor⁃tant issue in the construction of grassroots Party organizations in the new era.From the"Three Magic Weapons"during to the"Fengqiao Experience"and then to the"Internet+Mass Line"the Party's methodology for mass work has been tempered for a century and continues to rejuvenate.Currently,changes in social structure,diversification of needs,and the development of digital technology pose new challenges to grassroots Party organizations.Mass needs have expanded from material security to value realization,participation methods have shifted from passive acceptance to active co-governance,communication channels have evolved from offline to a combination of online and offline,and evaluation criteria have moved from work indicators to an increase in a sense of gain.
