摘  要:针对硫酸体系下生产的电积钴板易出现变形弯曲、板面硬脆的问题,采取控制电积工艺参数和对始极片进行热处理的方式提高电积钴韧性。研究在电流密度180 A/m^(2)下,通过对电积液油分、钴浓度、硼酸、酸度、温度等工艺参数控制与调节可在一定程度提高电积钴板韧性,电积钴板最好可对折弯折2次;通过对始极片进行热处理可显著提升电积钴板韧性,电积钴板最好可对折弯折20余次。To address the issues of deformation,bending,and hard,brittle plates observed in electrowon cobalt produced in a sulfuric acid system,adjustments to the electrowinning process parameters and heat treatment of the starting sheet were employed to enhance the toughness of the cobalt.Under a current density of 180 A/m^(2),the toughness of the electrowon cobalt plate can be improved to some extent by controlling and adjusting process parameters such as the oil content in the electrolyte,cobalt concentration,boric acid level,acidity,and temperature.The plate can withstand being bent twice at most under these conditions.Significant improvements in the toughness of the electrowon cobalt plate were achieved through heat treatment of the starting sheet,allowing the plate to be bent more than 20 times.
