摘  要:针对20CrMnTiH齿轮钢零件表面开裂问题,通过使用直读光谱仪(OES)、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等观察分析手段,对开裂零件进行了化学成分检测、金相检测、扫描电镜分析。结果表明:零件锻造过程不良,导致锻造过程中零件表面产生折叠缺陷,后续加工过程折叠缺陷未能完全去除,呈现出目视可见的裂纹缺陷。To address the surface cracking issue of 20CrMnTiH gear steel components,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)analysis were performed on the cracked components using techniques such as optical emission spectrometry(OES),optical microscopy(OM),and SEM.The results indicated that the forging process of the components was inadequate,leading to folding defects on the surface during forging.These folding defects were not fully removed during subsequent processing,resulting in visible crack defects.
