摘  要:针对某常规连铸-热连轧产线热轧钢带宽度命中率偏低、宽度超差返工比例达到1.78%的问题进行原因分析。结果表明:连铸板坯原料复杂多变、余材强制转用充当、热轧轧制控制不当等是造成钢带宽度命中率偏低、返工比例偏高的主要原因。通过规范板坯原料宽度管理并系统标识楔形坯、优化结晶器下口设定标准及动态跟踪调整、确立根据轧机减宽能力由订单宽度倒推板坯目标宽度的设计逻辑、建立板坯余材处置响应机制、开发装炉前板坯宽度校核模型、优化L2模型和自学习逻辑控制等措施,钢带宽度命中率得到提升,宽度超差返工比例降至1.36%以下。This paper analyzes the reasons for the low hit rate of hot-rolled steel strip width and the high rework rate due to width deviation,which reached 1.78%,in a conventional continuous casting-hot rolling production line.The results indicate that the primary reasons for the low hit rate and high rework rate are the complex and variable nature of continuous casting slab raw materials,the forced use of surplus materials,and improper hot rolling control.By standardizing the width management of slab raw materials and systematically identifying wedge-shaped slabs,optimizing the setting standards and implementing dynamic tracking adjustments for the mold outlet,establishing a design logic for determining the target slab width based on the rolling mill's width reduction capability and the order width,developing a response mechanism for handling surplus slabs,creating a slab width verification model before loading,and optimizing the L2 model and self-learning logic control,the hit rate of steel strip width has been improved,and the rework rate due to width deviation has been reduced to below 1.36%.
