摘 要:针对取向硅钢冶炼过程中Ti的来源及影响因素进行了分析,确定钢液中Ti的主要来源为硅铁、钢包渣、转炉终点残留、低钛磷铁、调温废钢、锰铁带入。通过优化出钢脱氧合金化工艺,选择低钛的硅铁、金属锰、调温废钢,减少废钢用量,调整钢包渣组分,可减少钢液中Ti带入量,从而满足钢液中ω(Ti)≤0.001 0%的要求。通过对钢液增Ti的影响因素建立回归模型,可实现对钢液中[Ti]含量的有效预测。By analyzing the sources and influencing factors of titanium(Ti)in the smelting process of oriented silicon steel,it is determined that the main sources of Ti in liquid steel are ferrosilicon alloy,ladle slag,residuals from the end of the converter process,low-titania phosphorus iron,temperature-adjusting scrap steel,and ferromanganese.By optimizing the deoxidation and alloying process during tapping,selecting low-titanium ferrosilicon alloy,metallic manganese,and temperature-adjusting scrap steel,reducing the amount of scrap steel used,and adjusting the composition of the ladle slag,the introduction of Ti into the liquid steel can be reduced,thereby meeting the requirement ofω(Ti)≤0.0010%in the liquid steel.By establishing a regression model based on the factors influencing the increase of Ti in molten steel,the[Ti]content in molten steel can be effectively predicted.
