摘 要:针对涟钢KR铁水脱硫的一般工艺路径、自动控制模型的主要功能和运用效果进行了阐述。KR铁水自动脱硫控制模型的引进应用,实现了脱硫工岗位操作的标准化和KR的精准脱硫,脱硫合格率由87.2%提升到95.2%;处理一炉铁水脱硫所需的时间从35.3 min缩短至30.1 min,平均减少了5.2 min,铁水在脱硫过程中的温度下降了10.6℃。The general process path of KR hot metal desulfurization at Liansteel is described,and the main functions and application effects of the automatic control model are elaborated.The introduction and application of the KR automatic desulfurization control model for hot metal at Liansteel has achieved standardization of desulfurization operations and precise desulfurization with KR,increasing the desulfurization qualification rate from 87.2%to 95.2%.The time required for desulfurizing a furnace of hot metal has been shortened from 35.3 minutes to 30.1 minutes,with an average reduction of 5.2 minutes.The temperature of hot metal during the desulfurization process has been reduced by 10.6℃.
