摘  要:20C钢高压油管接头在成品包装时发现内壁有孔洞缺陷,对缺陷试样进行成分与性能相关分析。结果表明:主缺陷呈近似三角形,附近存在多道无规则划痕及几个小缺陷;主缺陷各部位和小缺陷都能发现非基体的深色物质,主要呈镶嵌状存在;主、小缺陷的内嵌物主要组成元素为大量的W、少量的Co和C,内嵌物和基体成分存在巨大差异,成分表明该内嵌物有极大的可能性是钨钴合金(YG、碳化钨-钴硬质合金)刃具的一部分,建议客户精加工时选用YT类(钨钛钴类)硬质合金刀具。During the packaging of finished 20C steel high-pressure oil pipe joints,hole defects were found on the inner wall.Relevant analyses of the composition and properties of the defective samples were conducted.The results showed that the main defect was approximately triangular,with multiple irregular scratches and several small defects nearby.Dark substances not belonging to the matrix were found in various parts of both the main and minor defects,mainly in a mosaic shape.The main components of the embedded material in these defects were a large amount of W,a small amount of Co,and C.There was a significant difference in composition between the embedded material and the matrix,indicating that the embedded material was highly likely to be a part of tungsten carbidecobalt hard alloy(YG)cutting tool material.It is recommended that customers choose YT(tungsten titanium cobalt)hard alloy cutting tools for precision machining.
