摘 要:针对中厚板表面出现“红斑”状氧化铁皮质量缺陷情况,通过分析“红斑”状氧化铁皮产生的机理和去除方法的比较,最终采取了一次除鳞系统升级改造方案,综合现场实际选取了超高压除鳞系统与普通除鳞系统灵活切换、互为备用的设备布置方案,同时嵌入了变频控制技术,在实现吨钢约节电3 kW·h的同时,可有效去除“红斑”状氧化铁皮。In response to the quality defect of“red spot”iron oxide scale appearing on the surface of medium and heavy plates,an upgrade scheme for the descaling system was ultimately adopted after analyzing the mechanism behind the formation of“red spot”iron oxide scale and comparing various removal methods.Based on the actual conditions at the site,an equipment layout scheme was selected that allows for flexible switching and mutual backup between the ultra-high pressure descaling system and the conventional descaling system.Additionally,frequency conversion control technology was integrated,which not only saves approximately 3 kW·h of electricity per ton of steel but also effectively removes the“red spot”iron oxide scale.
