电针联合血塞通注射液治疗脑梗死恢复期患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑梗死恢复期患者采用血塞通注射液和电针联合治疗后的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将我院2022年11月至2024年6月期间收治的脑梗死恢复期患者105例分为对照组(接受血塞通注射液治疗,n=52)和研究组(在对照组的基础上接受电针治疗,n=53)。对比两组相关功能量表评分、临床总有效率、凝血功能指、不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗28 d后临床总有效率、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)高于对照组,日常生活活动能力(ADL)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、神经功能缺损程度评分量表(CSS)低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比未见差异(P>0.05)。结论:脑梗死恢复期采用血塞通注射液和电针联合治疗,可改善凝血和神经功能,促进日常生活能力恢复,安全有效。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the combination therapy of Xuesaitong injection and electroacupuncture in stroke patients in the recovery period.Methods:105 stroke patients in the recovery period who were admitted to our hospital from November 2022 to June 2024 were divided into control group( treated with Xuesaitong injection,n=52) and study group( treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group,n=53) by using random number table method.The scores of related func tional scales,clinical total effective rate,coagulation function indicators and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:Clinical total effective rate,prothrombin time( PT),thrombin time( TT) and activated partial thromboplastin time( APTT) in the study group 28 d after treatment were higher than those in the control group,while activities of daily living( ADL),fibrinogen( FIB) and neu rological deficit assessment scale( CSS) were lower than those in the control group( P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of Xuesaitong injection and electroacupuncture during the stroke patients in the recovery period can improve coagulation and neurological function,restore of daily living ability,and is safe and effective.
