摘 要:伴有淋巴结转移的宫颈癌通常提示更差的预后,宫颈癌转移是一个复杂的过程,癌细胞需要适应脂质相关代谢和结构变化。为了在营养缺乏的环境中生长转移,肿瘤细胞需要经历代谢重编程,促进脂质摄取、脂质合成、脂肪酸氧化和脂质储存等。不同的脂质成分在体内具有不同的生物学功能(如提供能量储存、充当信号分子以及作为膜的结构组分等),其在宫颈癌的转移中发挥重要作用。本文主要从三个方面总结了脂代谢异常在宫颈癌转移中的作用,首先是不同的脂质成分异常在宫颈癌转移中的作用及可能的分子机制,其次是免疫细胞脂代谢异常对宫颈癌转移的影响,最后讨论了靶向脂质代谢治疗转移性宫颈癌的潜在干预靶点。Cervical cancer accompanied by lymph node metastasis often indicates a poorer prognosis.The metastasis of cervical cancer is a complex process,requiring cancer cells to adapt to lipid-related metabolic and structural changes.To grow and metastasize in a nutrient-deficient environment,tumor cells need to undergo metabolic reprogramming,promoting lipid uptake,lipid synthesis,fatty acid oxidation,and lipid storage.Different lipid components have various biological functions in the body(such as providing energy storage,acting as signaling molecules,and serving as structural components of membranes),and they play a significant role in the metastasis of cervical cancer.This article summarizes the role of abnormal lipid metabolism in cervical cancer metastasis from three aspects:first,the role and potential molecular mechanisms of different abnormal lipid components in cervical cancer metastasis;second,the impact of abnormal lipid metabolism in immune cells on cervical cancer metastasis;and finally,it discusses potential intervention targets for targeting lipid metabolism in the treatment of metastatic cervical cancer.
