摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜生育指数评分(Endometriosis Fertility Index,EFI)对Ⅰ-Ⅱ期子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EMs)不孕患者宫腹腔镜术后获得自然妊娠试孕时间的评估价值。方法将73例Ⅰ-Ⅱ期子宫内膜异位症不孕患者分为自然妊娠组及未妊娠组,分析影响术后自然妊娠的因素;观察妊娠组中EFI与获得妊娠试孕时间的关系。结果卵巢储备功能(Antimullerian hormone,AMH)、EFI及不孕时间是影响Ⅰ-Ⅱ期子宫内膜异位症患者术后自然妊娠的影响因素;试孕3-6个月获得妊娠例数最多,EFI≤7分组试孕6-12个月获得妊娠例数占比最多,EFI>7分组试孕3-6个月获得妊娠例数占比最多。结论EFI评分是影响术后自然妊娠的影响因素之一,可基于EFI评分建议Ⅰ-Ⅱ期患者术后试孕时间的选择。Objective To explore the value of EFI(Endometriosis Fertility Index)in evaluating the time of natural pregnancy in infertile patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ endometriosis after laparoscopy.Methods 73 infertility patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ endometriosis were divided into natural pregnancy group and non pregnancy group,and the factors affecting the natural pregnancy after operation were analyzed;observing the relationship between EFI and the time of acquired pregnancy in pregnancy group.Results AMH(Anti-mullerian hormone),EFI and duration of infertility are the influencing factors of natural pregnancy after laparoscopy in patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ endometriosis;The largest number of natural pregnancies were obtained at 3-6 months after operations;In groups EFI≤7,the highest number of pregnancies was obtained from 6-12 months after operations and the largest number of pregnancies were obtained at 3-6months of trial pregnancy in groups EFI>7.Conclusion EFI score is one of the influencing factors of postoperative natural pregnancy,and it can be used to recommend for the time of acquiring natural pregnancy.
