美罗培南联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗脓毒症休克患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的针对确诊脓毒症休克的患者取美罗培南+小剂量糖皮质激素治疗后所取得的临床疗效展开探究。方法依据“双盲法”的有关规则对150个脓毒症休克病例进行分组,一组作为对照组,仅取小剂量的氢化可的松进行治疗,另一组为观察组,在对照组治疗基础上增加应用美罗培南,对比两组的临床治疗有效率、血清学指标及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率、治疗后的血清学改善程度均比对照组高(P<0.05),两组不良反应合计值对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论对脓毒症休克患者采用小剂量糖皮质激素联合美罗培南的治疗方案可进一步提高其临床治疗有效率,更好改善肝、肺、肾功能及免疫功能,同时能有效改善减轻炎症反应、氧化应激反应,并且不增加严重的不良反应,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of meropenem combined with low-dose glucocorticoid treatment in patients with septic shock.Methods 150 patients with septic shock were divided into two groups randomly,One group served as the control group,receiving only a low dose of hydrocortisone for treatment,while the other group was the observation group,which received meropenem in addition to the treatment given to the control group.The clinical treatment efficacy,serological indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment and the degree of serological improvement after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no difference in the total value of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment scheme of low-dose glucocorticoid combined with meropenem in patients with septic shock can further improve the clinical treatment efficiency,improve liver,lung,kidney function and immune function,effectively improve and reduce inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress reaction,and do not increase serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
