摘　　要：目的调查口腔癌术后患者出院准备度现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般问卷调查和出院准备度量表对我科口腔癌术后的106例患者进行调查。结果口腔癌术后患者出院准备度总分为(92.21±8.27)分,各维度条目平均得分从低到高依次为适应能力、个人状态、预期性支持。年龄、家庭人均月收入、是否行游离皮瓣修复影响着口腔癌术后患者出院准备度。结论口腔癌术后患者出院准备度有待提高,针对影响患者出院准备度的因素应采取对应性措施进行干预,进而提高患者的出院准备度,促进患者康复。Objective To investigate the status of patients'readiness for hospital discharge after oral cancer surgery and to explore its influencing factors.Methods A sample of 106 patients after oral cancer surgery in our department were investigated by the general information questionnaire and the Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale(RHDS).Results The total score of RHDS of postoperative patients with oral cancer was 92.21±8.27.The average scores of each dimension of RHDS from low to high order were coping ability after discharge,personal status,expected support.Age,family per capita monthly income and whether free skin flap was performed affected the discharge readiness of patients after oral cancer surgery.Conclusion The discharge readiness of patients with oral cancer after surgery needs to be improved.According to the factors that affect the readiness of patients for discharge,corresponding measures should be taken to intervene,so as to improve the readiness of patients for discharge and promote their rehabilitation.
