麻醉专业住培学员职业认同感的问卷调查及分析

摘　　要：目的了解目前麻醉专业住院医师规范化培训学员的职业认同感,并探究影响其职业认同感的影响因素。方法2023年2月28日—3月2日采用问卷调查法调查在新疆地区参加住院医师规范化培训的麻醉专业学员,共153份问卷,从职业行为、职业效能、职业认知、职业情感、职业价值、职业意志6个维度了解麻醉住培学员职业认同感及其影响因素,对相关数据进行分析。结果学员的职业认同感评分为(80.47±3.593)分,对自己所从事的麻醉行业具有较高的认同感。不同住培年级和不同住培类型的麻醉住培学员职业认同感评分有统计学差异(P<0.05),其中住培一年级学员职业认同感评分(67.34±5.764)高于二年级(63.76±4.349)、三年级(61.38±7.462),定向住培学员职业认同感评分(68.35±5.437)高于社会住培学员(62.12±3.349)和研究生同期住培学员(63.65±14.076)。结论麻醉专业住培学员的职业认同感较高,麻醉专业住培一年级以及定向住培学员的职业认同感更高,改善工作环境和条件,以及加强个人和社会认可,将有助于提高学员的职业认同感。Objective To understand the current professional identity of anesthesia residency training trainees and to explore the influencing factors affecting their professional identity.Methods A total of 153 questionnaires were used to survey anesthesia trainees participating in the standardized training of residents in Xinjiang from February 28 to March 2,2023,to understand the current status of anesthesia residency trainees'sense of professional identity and its influencing factors from six dimensions,including professional behavior,professional efficacy,professional cognition,professional emotion,professional value,and professional will,and the relevant data were analyzed.Results The trainees'professional identity score was(80.47±3.593),and they had a high sense of identity with the anesthesia profession they were engaged in.There were statistically significant differences in the occupational identity scores of anesthesia trainees in different residency grades and different types of residency(P<0.05),with the occupational identity scores of first-year trainees in residency(67.34±5.764)being higher than those of second-year trainees(63.76±4.349)and third-year trainees(61.38±7.462),and the score of the vocational identity of oriented trainees(68.35±5.437)higher than that of social trainees(68.35±5.437)were higher than social residency trainees(62.12±3.349)and postgraduate concurrent residency trainees(63.65±14.076).Conclusion Professional identity was higher in anesthesia residency trainees,anesthesiology students in the first year of residential training and directed residential training have a higher sense of professional identity,and improvement of working environment and working conditions as well as enhancement of personal and social recognition will help to improve the professional identity of trainee residents.
