基于自我管理的品管圈活动在痔疮患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨以自我管理为核心的品管圈活动在痔疮患者护理过程中的应用效果。方法在2022年1月至2023年6月期间,共有82名本院收治的痔疮患者纳入研究。使用随机数字表,将登记的受试者分成观察组和研究组。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受以自我管理为核心的品管圈活动干预。本研究旨在分析这两种护理措施对患者生活质量、复发率和自理能力的影响。结果经干预后,观察组临床症状评分(血、肛门疼痛及脱出)均较对照组显著偏低,且其疾病认知度、自护能力评分和生活质量评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。护理期间,观察组术后并发症发生率和复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以自我管理为核心的品管圈活动可明显提高痔疮患者的自护能力和生活质量,降低疾病复发率,值得推广。Objective To explore the application value of quality control circle activities with self-management as the core in the nursing process of hemorrhoids patients.Methods During the period from January 2022 to June 2023,a total of 82 patients with hemorrhoids admitted to our institution were included in the study.Using a random number table,the enrolled subjects were divided into an observation group and a research group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group underwent an intervention based on a quality control circle activity with self-management as its core.The study aimed to analyze the impact of these two nursing measures on patients'quality of life,recurrence rate,and self-care ability.Results After the intervention,the observation group showed significantly lower clinical symptom scores(bleeding,anal pain,and prolapse)compared to the control group,and their disease awareness,self-care ability scores,and quality of life scores were all higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).During the nursing period,the observation group exhibited lower rates of postoperative complications and recurrence compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle activities centered around self-management can significantly enhance the self-care ability and quality of life of hemorrhoid patients,reducing the likelihood of disease recurrence.This approach is worth promoting.
