摘　　要：目的旨在对烧伤科医务人员手卫生状况和影响手卫生实施的因素进行调查,并对FMEA工具在手卫生管理中的作用进行验证。方法成立研究小组,选取某三甲医院烧伤科医务人员作为研究对象,运用FMEA工具,绘制出手卫生的流程图,制定针对性的整改措施并实施,比较实施前后医务人员手卫生执行的情况。结果干预后RPN值优于干预前,具有统计学意义(p<0.05);干预后手卫生依从性和正确率高于干预前,均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论运用FMEA管理工具干预手部卫生具有可行性和有效性,能明显提高医务人员手部卫生的依从性和正确率。Objective To investigate the hand hygiene status of medical staff in burn department and the factors affecting the implementation of hand hygiene,and to verify the role of FMEA tool in hand hygiene management.Methods a research group was established,and the medical staff in the burn department of a tertiary hospital were selected as the research object.The flow chart of hand hygiene was drawn by using FMEA tool.The potential high-risk failure modes were discussed and analyzed,and the targeted rectification measures were formulated and implemented.The implementation of hand hygiene of medical staff before and after the implementation was compared.Results the RPN value after intervention was better than that before intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The hand hygiene compliance and correct rate after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and both had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of FMEA management tool in hand hygiene intervention is feasible and effective,which can significantly improve the compliance and accuracy of hand hygiene of medical staff.
