摘　　要：胃癌是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一,主要见于中老年人。中国是世界上胃癌发病率较高的国家之一,且发病率未见明显下降趋势。近年来,随着计算机断层扫描技术(CT)的不断进步与发展,CT逐渐被列为胃癌诊断、术前定位及分期评估的常用影像检查方法。而CT纹理分析作为一种新兴的计算机辅助诊断工具,在胃肠道恶性肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断中也逐渐发挥了越来越重要的作用。本文就CT纹理分析在胃癌诊断中的应用现状及研究进展进行叙述,从而提高影像医师对胃癌的诊断准确性,丰富胃恶性肿瘤的辅助诊断方法。Gastric cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the digestive system,mainly in the elderly.China is one of the countries with high incidence of gastric cancer in the world,and the incidence has not decreased significantly.In recent years,with the continuous progress and development of computed tomography(CT),CT has gradually been listed as a common imaging method for the diagnosis,preoperative localization and staging evaluation of gastric cancer.As a new computer-aided diagnostic tool,CT texture analysis has gradually played an increasingly important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gastrointestinal malignant tumors.In this paper,the application status and research progress of CT texture analysis in the diagnosis of gastric cancer are described,so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy of imaging doctors for gastric cancer and enrich the auxiliary diagnosis methods of gastric malignant tumors.
