探究低分子肝素联合小剂量阿司匹林在早发型重度子痫前期治疗中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探究低分子肝素(LMWH)联合小剂量阿司匹林(ASA)在早发型重度子痫前期(eSPE)治疗中的临床应用价值。方法 选取2022年1月-2024年7月期间于本院就诊的96例eSPE患者,按照不同治疗方法分为两组,每组48例。对照组接受硫酸镁联合小剂量ASA治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上采用LMWH治疗。对比两组疗效。结果 治疗后,观察组的脐动脉及子宫动脉参数优于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,观察组的凝血功能也优于对照组(P<0.05)。在不良妊娠结局方面,观察组4.17%(2/48)低于对照组16.67%(8/48)(P<0.05)。结论 LMWH联合小剂量ASA治疗eSPE能够显著改善脐动脉及子宫动脉参数,优化凝血功能,并降低不良妊娠结局的发生率,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of low molecular heparin(LMWH)combined with low-dose aspirin(ASA)in the treatment of early-onset severe preeclampsia(eSPE).Methods Ninety-six patients of eSPE who were admitted to our clinic during the period of January 2022 to July 2024 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the different treatments,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received only magnesium sulfate combined with small-dose ASA treatment,while the observation group was treated with LMWH on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After undergoing treatment,the parameters of the umbilical artery and uterine artery in the observation group exhibited superior improvements compared to those in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the coagulation function of the observation group was also found to be better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of adverse pregnancy outcomes,4.17%(2/48)in the observation group was lower than 16.67%(8/48)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion LMWH combined with small-dose ASA in the treatment of eSPE can significantly improve umbilical artery and uterine artery parameters,optimize coagulation function,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which has high clinical application value.
